Camposol’s Sensol Hotel has been bought for 3.8 million euros by Ibiza-registered company Propuestas y Promociones Santa Eulalia 2016 SL.
The hotel had previously been put up for auction twice before in October 2016 and May 2017, but failed to meet its reserved price.
The new owners intend to re-develop the hotel, but should alternative proposals be put forward, they would be willing to listen. Watch this space!
