Camposol D Community & Gardening Group have launched a tree adoption scheme called Adopt a Tree for D, in which Sector D residents can adopt a tree that the group will then plant adjacent to the adopters property.
All the group ask for in return is assurance that the adopter will maintain and water the tree — either a Mimosa or Eucalyptus — once or twice a week during its early establishment period.
